HadesHades is the god of the underworld and king of death. He has a Helm of Darkness that makes him fade into the shadows. His parents are the titans Rhea and Cronus and his roman name is Pluto. His siblings are Zeus, Hera, Demeter, Hestia, and Poseidon. He doesn't have any children but is married to Persephone, Demeter's daughter, who he carried off to the underworld to be his queen. When Persephone is with Hades in the underworld (sometimes called Hades), Persephone's mother, Demeter mourns for her daughter and doesn't make stuff grow. It's winter at the time.
